Key terms in short

• Used motorcycles are sold as inspected. Photos and descriptions are a guide, not a factory specification.
• A bike is reserved only after a deposit is received and confirmed. If the buyer cancels, the deposit terms agreed on WhatsApp apply.
• Export jobs start after the deposit and after documents are confirmed. Shipping dates depend on the carrier, not on this website.
• We do not store card details or form data on the website. Enquiries go to WhatsApp or email.
• Prices are in AED unless a written export quote says otherwise.
• Listing a bike does not guarantee it is still available. Sold bikes are marked as soon as stock changes.

About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and to buying a motorcycle from WADI JABAL JES USED MOTORCYCLE TR L.L.C (“we”, “us”, “our”), Industrial Area 6, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

By using our website or buying from us, you agree to these terms. Anything we agree with you in writing for a specific sale, such as on an invoice or on WhatsApp, applies in addition to these terms.

Bike listings

• We describe every bike honestly and as accurately as we can, including its year, engine, mileage and condition.
• Photos show the actual bike unless stated otherwise, but colours and small details may look different on your screen.
• Mistakes can happen. If a listing contains an error, we will tell you and correct it before you pay.
• A bike shown as available may already be reserved or sold. A bike is only reserved for you once we confirm it and receive your payment.

Prices

• All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED).
• Prices can change at any time until a sale is agreed.
• The price does not include delivery, registration, insurance, export or shipping costs unless we say so in writing.
• Any VAT or government fees will be shown on your invoice where they apply.

Payment

• We accept cash (AED) and bank transfer to our UAE bank account.
• We do not offer installments or financing.
• You can pay in full, or pay an advance to reserve a bike or place an order. The balance must be paid in full before you take the bike.
• Advance payments are non-refundable. Once we receive your advance, we reserve the bike for you or start importing it for your order, so the advance cannot be returned if you cancel or change your mind.
• If we are unable to supply the bike you paid an advance for, we will refund your advance in full.
• Ownership passes to you once the full price has been paid.

Condition and inspection

• All bikes are used and are sold as-is, without a warranty.
• Every bike is inspected before sale, and any condition report on our website is a guide based on our inspection. It is not a guarantee.
• We do not offer test rides. You are welcome to start the bike and inspect it fully at our showroom, or see it on a live video call.
• Please check the bike carefully, or have someone you trust check it, before you pay. By completing the purchase, you accept the bike in its current condition.

Registration and documents

• We provide the documents needed for the sale and guide you through the ownership transfer with the UAE authorities.
• You are responsible for having a valid motorcycle licence, insurance and any documents the authorities require to register the bike in your name.

Collection and delivery

• You can collect your bike from our showroom in Industrial Area 6, Sharjah.
• We deliver within Sharjah and Dubai only. The delivery cost and date will be agreed with you before delivery.
• Once the bike has been handed over to you or your representative, it is your responsibility.

Export orders

• For export, we help with sourcing, inspection reports, export paperwork and coordination with shipping agents.
• Shipping times and costs depend on the destination country and port and are estimates only.
• You are responsible for knowing and meeting the import rules of your country, and for paying import duties, taxes and local registration costs there.
• Once a bike has been handed to the shipping agent, we are not responsible for delays, loss or damage in transit. We recommend that you insure your shipment.

Our responsibility

We act in good faith and do our best to describe every bike correctly. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for:

• Faults that appear after the sale, since bikes are sold as-is
• Losses caused by delays of shipping agents, authorities or other third parties
• Indirect losses, such as loss of income or business

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under UAE law.

Using our website

• The text, photos, logo and design on this website belong to us. Please do not copy or reuse them without our permission.
• Our website links to other services, such as WhatsApp, Google Maps and YouTube. We are not responsible for their content or how they work.
• We try to keep the website available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or online.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Sharjah.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page on the day you buy a bike is the one that applies to your purchase.
